• Last name, first name, profession, phone number, and email address of the talent
• Information regarding salary expectations and benefits.

The processing of the collected data is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 GDPR, as it is necessary for the performance of the contract between the client and the contractor.

Personal data is processed exclusively within the scope of contract execution and is not passed on to unauthorized third parties. Should disclosure be necessary, for example to contact the talent, this will only take place in accordance with legal requirements and in line with the client’s wishes.

The data is stored for the duration of the contract execution and in accordance with statutory retention obligations. After this period has expired, the data will be deleted unless it is required for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
