Report Violations Confidentially
Through our whistleblower system, you can report information about possible legal violations, breaches of rules, or other misconduct in connection with our company.

Who can submit a report?
The whistleblower system is available to employees, business partners, suppliers, customers, talents, and other persons who have obtained information about possible violations.
What matters can be reported?
For example:
• Violations of legal regulations
• Corruption or bribery
• Fraud or breach of trust
• Violations of data protection regulations
• Violations of internal policies
• Discrimination, harassment, or other misconduct
• Risks to health, safety, or the environment
Please do not use this system for general customer inquiries or complaints.
Confidentiality and Protection
All incoming reports are treated confidentially. The identity of whistleblowers is protected within the framework of legal requirements.
In accordance with the German Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG).
If the technical solution allows it, reports may also be submitted anonymously. For processing purposes, it can be helpful if you provide information that is as specific as possible.
Process After Receipt of a Report
1. Your report will be reviewed by the responsible departments.
2. If necessary, further investigations will be initiated.
3. The processing will be carried out confidentially and impartially.
4. Where legally permissible and technically possible, you will receive updates on the processing status.
